Product Warranty

OhMyMi.sg will service every brand name sold on our website for a period of 1 to 2 years after purchase (see chart for exceptions). Items that have symptoms of abnormality will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.

What's Not Covered

The OhMyMi.sg warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any physical damage to the products. Damage which occurs due to having the products serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from OhMyMi.sg.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the product manufacturer’s usage guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

  • External wear-and-tear of the products from normal daily use.
  • External physical damage or products damaged by water are not covered under warranty by OhMyMi.sg nor any manufacturer.
  • Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the products.
  • Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty.
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the product manufacturer’s usage guidelines.

ASUS

Warranty Terms

  • This warranty is only available to the first buyer and is not transferable from one user to another.
  • The warranty excludes demonstration/installation of the product purchased.
  • In the event of repairs/replacement of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall NOT be excluded from the warranty period.
  • OhMyMi.sg will not be responsible for any loss of data on the devices under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to back up all data stored from your side before sending the devices for repair.
  • If the product is found to be physically defective, it will be treated as CID (Customer Induced Damage). The product will therefore be considered as out of warranty and can be repaired only on chargeable basis.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases – If product fails within 7 days from purchase date with proof of original receipt or invoice. OhMyMi.sg will provide immediate repair/replacement to customer on end-users based on product’s warranty policy after product is verified. Note: Product must be in full packaging & without physical damage to the product. If product in NDF (No Defect found), OhMyMi.sg reserves the right to return the original unit to End-user. If the product is beyond repairable, OhMyMi.sg will provide an equivalent product in return. In case there is no availability of the product, OhMyMi.sg will then issue Credit Note as per the credit rule which depends upon year of use or current market price whichever is applicable. Extended warranty applicable if customer activates the warranty within the mentioned time after purchasing the product and has the relevant warranty details.
  • Under no circumstances the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for third party claims against customer for losses or damages, records, information or data or economic consequential damages including lost profits.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product or cabinet modification.
  • Cracked glass panel on any of the product like NB, LCD, and PDA. LCD screen or damage caused by too much pressure exerted on the LCD.
  • Cracks or damage on plastic parts.
  • Defects or damage due to non-recommended softwares added by customer or virus attack.
  • The products not used as per instructions in the user’s manual.
  • Any defects caused due to abnormal voltage or lightning. Natural calamities while in transit to our service centre or purchaser's residence.
  • Premises where the product is kept in conditions that do not conform to recommended operating conditions of the machine.
  • Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stain, etc.
  • The product being serviced or repaired by anyone or un-trained engineer other than the Authorized Service Provider and modification from original ASUS manufacturing standard.
  • Exposing the products to water on any circumstances by the user.
  • Natural disaster/wrong connection of accessories.

HOBOT

Limited Warranty

If there are defects in your HOBOT window cleaning robot due to faulty materials, poor workmanship, or malfunction within the warranty period from the date of purchase or delivery, please contact OhMyMi.sg for repairs or replacement.

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. cleaning cloth, safety rope, water tank, etc).
  • Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age or use.
  • Damage caused by assembly or installation that is not in accordance with the instructions included with the HOBOT.
  • Damage caused by using the HOBOT window cleaning robot for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
  • Damage caused by using parts and accessories which are not specified by HOBOT.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse.

Honeywell

Limited Warranty

The manufacturer warrants Honeywell's products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to Honeywell's published specifications applicable to the products purchased at the time of shipment. This warranty does not cover any Honeywell product which is (i) improperly installed or used; (ii) damaged by accident or negligence, including failure to follow the proper maintenance, service, and cleaning schedule; or (iii) damaged as a result of (A) modification or alteration by the purchaser or other party, (B) excessive voltage or current supplied to or drawn from the interface connections, (C) static electricity or electro-static discharge, (D) operation under conditions beyond the specified operating parameters, or (E) repair or service of the product by anyone other than OhMyMi.sg or its authorized representatives. This warranty shall extend from the time of shipment for the duration published by OhMyMi.sg for the product at the time of purchase (“Warranty Period”). Any defective product must be returned (at purchaser’s expense) during the Warranty Period to OhMyMi.sg for inspection. No product will be accepted by OhMyMi.sg without a Return Materials Authorization, which may be obtained by contacting us. In the event that the product is returned to OhMyMi.sg within the Warranty Period and OhMyMi.sg determines to its satisfaction that the product is defective due to defects in materials or workmanship, OhMyMi.sg at its sole option, will either repair or replace the product without charge, except for return shipping to OhMyMi.sg.

OHMYMI.SG'S RESPONSIBILITY AND PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITH NEW OR REFURBISHED PARTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OHMYMI.SG BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL ANY LIABILITY OF OHMYMI.SG ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT SOLD HEREUNDER (WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM A CLAIM BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID TO OHMYMI.SG FOR THE PRODUCT. THESE LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT EVEN WHEN OHMYMI.SG MAY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES. SOME STATES, PROVINCES, OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ILIFE

Limited Warranty

The manufacturer declares that all iLife vacuums (excluding batteries) will be in good working condition for one year from the date of purchase. iLife warrants its batteries for six months from the date of purchase. Some exclusions and limitations are described below. If the product fails to meet the warranty standard to our expectations, we will repair or replace the product. This Limited Warranty is only valid in the country where the product was purchased and by the original owner of the product.

Contact OhMyMi.sg as soon as possible of any defects you have discovered and no later than the expiration dates of the Warranty Period to make a claim. Please provide the model number, serial number and original proof of purchase showing the date of purchase. If the defective product is covered under our warranty we shall: -repair the product -exchange the product with a new or refurbished unit which is at least equivalent to the original product -exchange the product with a new or refurbished upgraded model which is at least equivalent to the original product.

The warranty period shall not be extended or renewed with any exchange, repair, replacement or resale of the product. However, the part(s) repaired or replaced during the warranty period will be covered for 90 days from the date of the repair or replacement or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Exclusions to the Limited Warranty apply if the defect is related to: -normal wear and tear (including batteries) -damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or acts of nature -the battery being short-circuited, if the seals are broken or been tampered with, or if the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified -non-compliance with the instructions manual -deliberate damage or negligence -use of parts and consumables not provided or recommended by iLife -any modification to the product which has not been performed by iLife or done by an authorized third party -any damage due to inadequate packaging the product for transportation -external causes beyond our reasonable control.

The Limited Warranty does not cover accessories and other consumable items like filters or brushes. The Limited Warranty is invalid if the serial number has been altered, defaced, erased, removed, or illegible in any way, or you are in breach of the terms of the limited warranty or your contract with us.

iRobot

iRobot warrants that, subject to the exclusions and limitations set out below, this Product (including batteries and the Clean Base™ Automatic Dirt Disposal) shall be in good working order during the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the ‘Warranty Period’). In the event that the Product fails to meet the warranty standard to our reasonable satisfaction, we will within a commercially reasonable time, free of charge, either repair or replace the Product as described below. This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country where you purchased the Product.

Making A Claim Under The Limited Warranty

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact OhMyMi.sg and have the serial number of your Product, original proof of purchase showing the date of purchase and full details of the Product ready. Our colleagues will advise you of the process involved in making a claim. Any claim under the Limited Warranty is subject to you notifying us of the alleged defect within a reasonable time of it coming to your attention and, in any case, by no later than the expiry of the Warranty Period.

Remedy

If a claim is received within the Warranty Period and the Product is found to have failed under the warranty we shall, at our option:

  • repair the Product,
  • exchange the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
  • exchange the Product with a product that is new and upgraded model which has at least equivalent or upgraded function to the original product.

As far as applicable laws permit, the Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent exchange, resale, repair or replacement of the Product. However, part(s) repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. Replacement or repaired products, as applicable, will be returned to you as soon as commercially practicable. All parts of the Product or other equipment that we replace shall become our property. If the Product is found not to be covered by this Limited Warranty, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee. When repairing or replacing the Product, we may use products or parts that are new, equivalent to new or re-conditioned.

What Is Not Covered?

Unless agreed in writing, the Limited Warranty will not apply if the defect(s) relate to: (a) normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of batteries), (b) defects caused by rough or inappropriate handling or use or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature, (c) the fact that the battery has been short-circuited, if the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or if the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified, (d) non-compliance with the Product instructions, (e) wilful or deliberate damage, neglect or negligence; (f) use of spare parts or other replacement items (including consumables) which are not provided or recommended by us; (g) any alteration or modification to the Product which has been carried out by you or a third party not authorised by us, (h) any failure to adequately package the Product for transportation, (i) extreme or external causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power, ISP (internet service provider) service, or wireless networks, (j) weak and/or inconsistent wireless signal strength in your home.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessories and other consumable items, such as filters or brushes. This Limited Warranty will be invalid if (a) the Product’s serial number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or is illegible in any way (as determined in our sole discretion), or (b) you are in breach of the terms of this limited warranty or your contract with us.

Neato Robotics

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) that your Neato Robotics hardware product (“Product”), excluding batteries, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase. In the case of batteries, a Warranty Period of six (6) months shall apply and ‘Warranty Period’ shall be read accordingly throughout this document. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser. If you are dealing as a consumer this limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Remedies

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OhMyMi.sg’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty during the applicable warranty period shall be, at OhMyMi.sg’s option, (1) to repair or replace the Product, or (2) if OhMyMi.sg cannot reasonably repair or replace the Product to refund the price paid, provided that the Product is returned to the point of purchase with a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemized receipt. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

OhMyMi.sg may, at its option, use new or refurbished or used parts in good working condition to repair or replace any Product. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the replacement Product, whichever is longer or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover consumable parts such as batteries, filters, or brushes that are subject to normal wear; or problems or damage resulting from (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly or opening of the chassis of the Product; (2) improper operation or maintenance, use not in accordance with Product instructions or connection to improper voltage supply; (3) negligent use or care, neglect or careless operation or misuse of the Product; (4) use of consumables, parts and accessories, including batteries, with the Product, other than those consumables, parts and accessories produced or recommended by Neato Robotics except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (5) any failure by Buyer or a third party to comply with environmental and storage requirements for the Product specified by OhMyMi.sg; and (6) use in a commercial environment as the Product is designed for residential use only.

In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover Products (1) used outside the country of purchase; (2) not purchased from OhMyMi.sg; (3) repaired or altered by parties other than OhMyMi.sg or Neato Robotic's authorized agents; (4) whose serial numbers have been altered or removed; or (5) damaged from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.

Roborock

NEW PRODUCTS Limited Warranty – The manufacturer warrants to you(the original purchaser), that the ROBOROCK product you purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for one (1) year from the product purchase date. This Limited Warranty applies only to new products purchased at OhMyMi.sg.

PROOF OF PURCHASE - To make a claim under our Limited Warranty, you must first show us the date on which you purchased the ROBOROCK product. Your bill of sale or similar document is sufficient. If you are unable to show us the original date of purchase, the time periods in this Limited Warranty will start on the date we shipped your ROBOROCK product from our factory.

EXCLUSIONS - This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by (a) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the consumable part has been damaged due to a defect in materials or workmanship in a non-consumable part of the Product(s); (b) normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic; (c) defects or damage caused by misuse; accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire, and the liquid); neglect; abuse; unusual stress; modification; improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing; alterations not approved by us, improper repairs or service, or use of improper parts and accessories not supplied by us; (d) damage caused by operating the Product(s) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Roborock; (e) damage caused by use with non-Roborock products; (f) any non-Roborock products, even if packaged or sold with the Product(s); and (g) modifications of the Product(s) firmware or software by anyone other than Roborock. Roborock reserves the right to disable the Product(s) if Roborock suspects fraud or if Roborock determines that the Product(s) are counterfeit, stolen or lost in shipment. (h) misuse or failure to follow the operating instructions, and failure to perform recommended maintenance; (i) parts that must be replaced periodically; or (j) use in any other manner than normal and expected use. (k) This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessories and other consumable items, such as filters or brushes.

Roborock is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the Product(s). You are responsible for (a) proper use of our product; (b) routine preventative maintenance and (c) following proper product handling recommendations provided in our instruction manual, quick start guide and on our website.

CUSTOMER SERVICE – Please contact us at support@ohmymi.sg to determine your problem and the next steps. OhMyMi.sg and its suppliers’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, either (i) repair the Products; (ii) replace the Products with a new or refurbished Products (replacement Products being of identical model or functional equivalent); or (iii) provide to you a refund of the price you paid for the Products (excluding taxes and shipping costs). Any Products that are repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will have warranty coverage under this Limited Warranty for the longer of: (a) 90 days from the date of repair or replacement; or (b) the remaining original Warranty Period. Replacement parts used in the repair of the Products may be new, equivalent to new, or refurbished.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES – OhMyMi.sg does not warrant the functions contained in the ROBOROCK product will meet your requirements. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the ROBOROCK product is with you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OhMyMi.sg and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the ROBOROCK product and the accompanying written materials. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others which vary between states/jurisdictions.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES - To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OhMyMi.sg or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the ROBOROCK product, even if OhMyMi.sg has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

The Limited Warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product.

During the warranty period, if any accessory defect is inspected and confirmed by OhMyMi.sg, a free replacement service shall be provided.

Supplementary Specification

  1. This limited warranty is only valid in Singapore, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service.
  2. OhMyMi.sg may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before returning any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. OhMyMi.sg is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.
  3. Prior to contacting us, please ensure the following information is at hand:
    • Model, serial number, and IMEI number if available.
    • Customer’s full address and contact information.
    • Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.
  4. This warranty does not cover the following cases:
    • The product serial number, IMEI number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing.
    • Any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.
    • General maintenance, password reset assistance, cleaning, application update/installation , product demonstration, or any other service other than repair/replacement;
    • Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or stains;
    • Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.
  5. OhMyMi.sg will determine whether a product is “Out of Warranty” at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below. Repair of Out of Warranty products shall be separately quoted by OhMyMi.sg and the respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment.
    • Violation of the warranty terms, invalidate warranty, expired warranty, or other reason.
    • During the warranty period, in the event of a violation which is defined as customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, etc.
