The Nidec brushless motor imported from Japan offers an air flow volume up to 0.67m³/min and a wind pressure up to 2000Pa. The high air flow volume produces a high wind pressure that can suck away the dust on the floor and carpet,achieving an instant cleaning effect.
The aerodynamically streamlined air duct is designed with a horn mouth that forms a high static pressure zone with significantly higher suction, and the air duct inwall uses three-section design on the windward side that guides the air flow smoothly to increase the wind utilization. Meanwhile, the angle of wind approach is enlarged, avoiding the turbulence, lowering the noise and wind resistance and offering a high-static-pressure yet low-noise cleaning experience.
All gaps are perfectly sealed between various connections of parts in the air duct structure. The connection between the dust bin and the air duct is well sealed too to ensure overall air tightness, so the dust is completely sucked into the dust bin with nothing left on the floor at all.The horn-mouth opening is formed by a soft dust collection tube system which is connected to the dust bin using FIP sealing for flexible and great airtightness.
In home environment, dust is easy to accumulate but hard to clean on tiles, in cracks and around carpet edges. The floating main brush system can float up and down based on the floor conditions and cling to the ground. This way the dust and trash in the cracks can be well sucked out into the dust bin for in-depth cleaning.
When sweeping along a wall or an obstacle, the side brush spins at a high speed of 330RPM and thoroughly clears the edge area When sweeping in straight line in a Z-shaped path, the side brush spins at a low speed of 130RPM, preventing the trash from flying about.

The LDS laser range sensor can scan the room at 5×360°/second for distance information.When the laser light hits an obstacle, a light spot will be formed in the sensor. At the same time, the image sensor will calculate the distance to the center of the sensor based on the pixel number of the spot.
When the cleaner works, if the enclosure hits an obstacle gently, the enclosure will deform a little bit which will press the two buttons on the outside. The collision sensor works by detecting whether the buttons are pressed and where the collision point is located (left, right or middle) to protect items in the house from being damaged.
An omni-directional cover bumper sensor is installed on the top cover of the LDS laser distance sensor, and it can sense even the lightest collision on the top in 360° to prevent the cleaner from being stuck. It can withstand more than 100,000 collisions.
4 cliff sensors can sense the height of the step with each one consisting of an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver. They are installed at the bottom of the cleaner, and the transmitters send out infrared ray to the ground at a specified interval. If the time between transmission and receipt is long or there is no receipt by the receivers, it indicates that the bottom of the cleaner is far away from the ground. This can help prevent the cleaner from falling down.
The cleaner uses STMicroelectronics laser TOF range finding module precise to millimeters. When the cleaner sweeps along wall edges, a distance to the wall of around 10mm is always maintained, and along with the fast-rotating side brush, dust in the wall edges and corners can be well cleaned.Perfect clean-up for every single inch Surface dust-proof for longer servicing time.
The fall sensor can detect whether the wheels are in pressed state so as to determine whether the cleaner is working properly. When the wheels are off ground, the cleaner will stop working immediately, significantly increasing the safety during handling.
The odometer works in the same way as on vehicles. It counts the number of wheel rotations and multiply it by the circumference of the wheel to calculate the mileage during working.
The tri-axial gyro can detect angular changes in the yaw/pitch/roll directions to determine the orientation of the cleaner, while the tri-axial accelerometer can detect the acceleration of the cleaner in three axes X/Y/Z to determine whether the cleaner tilts or collides with any obstacle.
Dual electronic compass sensors can detected for virtual walls using magnetic field sensing. The cleaner will automatically avoid the area set with virtual walls when it senses the presence of the walls.Virtual walls can be used in places where the cleaner may get stuck such as bathroom to set an isolation area and ensure smooth cleaning.
The strainer supports in-position detection by the Hall magnetic sensor which correctly check whether you forget to install the strainer or the dust bin, avoiding the damage to the fan caused when no strainer or dust bin is present.
The fan speed sensor accurately detects the speed through pulses to record fan speed and determine whether the strainer is clogged.
The signal coverage is wide at distance and significantly increases the recharge efficiency. The anti-interference light-filtering and dust-proof cover can be hand-cleaned with ease.
